Uber is available in Dubrovnik but most of the time, walking will get you everywhere you need to go in the old town area.

SIM Cards/Wi-Fi

Coming out of immigration and baggage claim, you’ll find a store to buy SIM cards by the exit of the airport. I believe the store was called “TISAK”. I purchased a Tele2 SIM card for $10USD with 10GB of data.
